Before joining Fineggi Capital, Luciana worked with a portfolio of more than R$ 11 billion in financing major national and international infrastructure , greenbonds, ESG projects in the mining, reuse,energy, sanitation, roads, airports and ports sectors in Brazil, USA and Europe. She has worked for over 15 years as a senior executive of large multinational companies, such as: Alcoa, Votorantim Metais (NEXA Resources), Fitch Ratings (Project Finance and Infrastructure Director), Lendlease (Project Finance Director), BRK Ambiental and was a partner at GO Associados.

With over 20 years of experience, she holds a BA in Public Administration from EAESP-FGV (São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and a postgraduate degree in Administration and Finance from the same university EAESP-FGV, with an internship at the University of Economics and Business in Vienna (WU-Wien) and at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, in Vienna.
